ImplantsCompared publishes information from clinic websites and from public bodies. It is not a dentist, not a clinic, and not Revenue or the HSE. A listing is not an offer of treatment and not a quote.

Prices change. The check date is the date the source was read. The clinic's own page, and a written quote after an examination, are the documents to rely on for a decision.

The default order of the list is set out in How we rank. Those parameters are part of these terms for any business whose services are shown here.

Information for clinics

• Listing is free. Position is not for sale.
• The same price rules and the same six checks apply to every clinic.
• Ask for a correction, an addition or removal at corrections@implantscompared.com. The target is 10 working days.
• A listing can be removed if the public price page can no longer be found.

To the extent the law allows, [Legal entity name] is not liable for a decision you take from these pages. Nothing on the site limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. They are a plain-language statement and should be reviewed by the publisher's solicitor before the site is treated as open for business. See the owner list in the project README.
